I had a disappointing experience at this Abercrombie location on Tuesday morning. I was the only customer in the store, and the employees were not busy at all, yet no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. When I asked the blonde employee to unlock the fitting room, she seemed annoyed, as if she was forced to work there. It felt like they were being paid very little, which might explain their lack of effort. I was ready to buy a few items, but the poor service made me take my business elsewhere. This location needs to improve staff engagement and customer care.

I normally don’t write reviews, but the customer service at this location was so poor when I went in yesterday that I felt I should write one. There were 3 employees working yesterday afternoon. No one ever asked me if I needed anything. I felt like I was bothering them by asking if I could be let into a fitting room. One of the female workers at the register just kept leaning over the counter and staring at her phone. I will not be going to this Abercrombie again. The other locations I’ve been to though have been wonderful.

Nothing great in this store. Super expensive actually for an outlet location. I didn’t purchase anything for my son the day we went. We found similar, and more comfortable options at the Gap outlet store. Went home and purchased similar sweater my son liked at the outlet, from the official Abercrombie website. Ironically, much better price point.
