Great jewelry store! We stopped in with an appointment and were greeted at the door. We were assigned an assistant to help us shop. We always had picked out some things online and he quickly helped us see them in person at the store. We purchased three rings (engagement ring and two his/her wedding bands) during the visit. They had some nice flavorful drinks and chocolate mini cupcakes. We had a wonderful experience. We shop a lot of places and the price was RIGHT! Stop in at the store and discuss if there are any discounts they can provide versus buying online - I think you’ll be surprised and happy!!

The employees in store are always knowledgeable and friendly. I myself have purchased my wife’s engagement ring and then upgraded her ring and the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. During the weekend you need to book a appointment otherwise it will be hard to try stuff because of all the people. So I finally decided to get my ring and im super happy about it ! Her engagement ring is platinum so we were going in thinking white gold or platinum and after seeing how rose gold looks on our fingers, we were sold. This is the second time I’ve come into Blue Nile and spent time looking at rings while employees completely ignored me. I was never greeted and I stood right in front of them for at least 15 minutes as they continued to look down and speak with every customer except myself. Extremely disappointed that they will sit there on a laptop and never even look up to do their job. I work in retail and this was unbelievably disrespectful.
