I bought my daughter a ring as a 16th birthday present from Blue Point Jewelry & Crystals. Unfortunately, several of the stones lining the sides of the ring fell out rather quickly. However, when I took it back, they fixed it in about an hour and threw in a bonus gift for my daughter. I was very surprised at the exceptional service I received and I'm so grateful they could fix the ring, which is gorgeous.
