Did you sister just pop out a screamer and now they expect presents? Do you have a cooked of crawlers that require clothing? If so, you won't be disappointed by Carter's. Carters us a nice place. They offer sizes for children of all ages. Their clothes are tastful and high-quality. And their shoes are very affordable.

It used to be my favorite or probably the only one to go shopping in person for my kids stuff as the location is convent and the staff used to be so wonderful and helpful. The current staff are so rude, get upset every time customer enters the store especially if they were chatting, and disrespectful. I usually do store pickups even that become discouraging and will for sure switch another pick up store or delivery than to go there. It is a dramatic change in the character of the new employees. 10am opening is unlikely to happen and they will give you upset look if you get there at 10am even if that is what it is their opening hour said on the door ..... and still won't open it until they finished their chat!! So unfortunate that I have to change my convent store because of incompetent and rude staff that don't reflect the company's values.

I completely agree with the negative feedback some others left. I came to tge store to return an order and the employee was clearly annoyed by the fact that I had a return. She asked me for the email bar code. I showed her the email which did not have a bar code. She insisted I search for one that had it. Wasting my time, being less than helpful when all it took was for her to look up the purchase in my account history easily accessible through their system by phone number look up... This was not the first or only bad experience. Recently I went to this store and the lights were very dim during open hours while the doors are open, employee standing at the register doing nothing, ...to make it less inviting. And do not expect this store to be open during their posted hours. I went to pick up an online oder at this store or better I tried and the doors were locked, lights out, no one there at 2 pm on a week day after i got a notificationthatmy order is ready for pick up.. I called customer service and they too couldn't figure out what was going on but refunded my money. It's a shame that carter's cannot staff this store appropriately. Many people like shopping at carter's but are really put off by the store experience.

They have great sales plus a friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a small store but it has an adorable selection of clothes and shoes. They also have sunglasses and a few toys and more.

It does focus a bit more on infant and toddler.

Free shipping for ship to store. Waiting for another order to arrive—which doesn’t take very long at all.

They need to stock some cute colorful tee shirts that don’t have “sayings” on them—would help with mix and match outfits. Need more prints and solids.
