I wanted the last minute to purchase my holiday sleepwear. This is a Christmas tradition in my family. Each family household wears the same PJs. Since I live alone, I get to select what I want to wear. I selected purple this year because the Baltimore Ravens played on Monday football.

Even though I came into your store on Christmas Eve, the store was pretty much organized and clean. Your sales personnel were friendly. They moved the line quickly. My first time in one of these stores. My experience was wonderful. Thank you!

Good day,

I was in the Maryland location at White Marsh Mall this evening, approximately 6:45pm Eastern. I stood at the register for 2-3 min with no acknowledgement, as the workers, to include the manager laughed, joked and ate food out in the open.

Finally when someone came over to ring me up, they inquired about the price of the sweat pants I was purchasing (3 pairs for my daughter). I told them the sign said 50% off $10. The Manager put her hand up in a motion to silence me. She went over to investigate and pulled the sign. One of the workers ( not the one ringing me up) admitted that she had forgotten to change several signs in the store and I was told I could not have the pants for the price that was listed. When I tried to take a picture of the sign the Manager blocked my camera and then removed the sign out of the holder so I could not get a picture of the sign. The attitude of the Manager and her staff was rude and very rude and condescending.

I really like the brand of clothing, but sadly you have just lost a loyal customer, due to rudeness of staff at this location.

What kind of legitimate business has a 2 week, store credit only “return” policy?
Walked in to return a purse I picked up for my daughter’s homecoming. Both employees sitting and made zero effort to get up when we approached the desk until I literally had to ask if I could do a return. Had to greet them first, as well. Associate takes the receipt and sees that it’s 29 days from purchase. Looks over at supervisor and says the date. Her response? “Helllll no”

Whew, chile, the ghetto. Won’t be back.

Nice selection of trendy clothes, decent selection of shoes, all very low priced with amazing sales always going on top of that! Great place to get a few cheap but super cute outfits. I was helped by Tiara and she is very personable and sweet. 🙂 Highly recommend!
