I absolutely love Clothes Mentor! My experience as a customer has been nothing but positive. The staff is consistently friendly, polite, and professional, which makes shopping here such a pleasure. Their prices are unbeatable, and I’ve found so many amazing deals that my friends can’t believe how little I’ve paid. The quality of their clothes, shoes, and accessories is top-notch, which I really appreciate. I’ve also sold some of my clothes here, and the process was seamless. This is hands down my favorite clothing store—I only regret not discovering it sooner!

Ladies, listen up do not resell designer here! I had a brand new Brahman tote that I barely used and spent well over $300 on and they paid me $30 for it and then when I said OK well can I just give you the $30 back and resell it somewhere else because I can get my exact money back If not for more. they told me that, despite having the cash on me, they could not refund me My purchase, I will not be reselling here at all. LISTEN TO THE WARNINGS!!! This very obviously is not the first time they’ve done the to their customers and it won’t be their last. Because they sell the designer stuff for more than what they give you. Not worth it at all. And they do not and will not disclose that they won’t take the money back when you ask to refund them. They have cute stuff but definitely rip their buyers off.. I’ll be sticking to poshmark for my designer resells..😅 Also let me mention that the front cashiers are cocky and rude, they have ugly attitudes and refuse to disclose anything you sign off on or have a final sale warning or any no refund policy’s. They will not disclose it to you. The owner did f/u with a call for a better offer and with apologies for what happened after doing research on it which is appreciated but I will definitely get my money and take my business elsewhere or even end up taking the bag and reselling on posh.. it not worth the cocky attitude and rude service they provide. Don’t get scammed. Pick a better resell store to resell designer at.

If you've been here, you know how close the counter is to the entrance. I said "hello" and smiled at the man and woman at the counter, and I was met with eye contact, straight faces, and silence. Rude much? No manners or common courtesy. Not to mention, the prices here are ATROCIOUS. Used scrub pants for $16.99 from an off brand, when I can go buy brand new ones from DD's for $8.99 that have lasted me months without comprise in quality. Please.

Don't waist you time here Ladies. They rarely take anything. Took good bags of clothes here even leather jackets and unworn boots, they only took a few shirts. Only made enough to pay for the gas I waisted to get there. And their shoes are way over prized $26-$54 shoes. Not worth it.

Not worth the time and effort of selling. I took a laundry basket's worth of pieces there and was told it would be an hour. 30 minutes later they said to come back tomorrow. I went back the next day and they offered $10 for 6 pieces. The pieces they chose made no sense either. They picked out of season stuff and passed on the seasonally appropriate designer pieces. Waste of time.
