I can’t say enough about how much Credo has changed my skincare routine, especially as I get older. Catherine, in particular, is an absolute gem. I had the pleasure of receiving a free 30-minute facial and consultation from her this summer, and she took such great care of me. She made me feel like royalty and recommended a skincare routine that perfectly fits my schedule. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel truly seen and heard.

I saw her again yesterday at the 20% opening party, and before I could even say hi, she came right over to greet me! Once again, she helped adjust my routine with recommendations that fit the budget I gave her.

Also, Raph and (I believe her name is) Noelle from the Marketing team noticed I had the physical mailer and thanked me for being a "great Credo client," which made me feel so appreciated.

I will always recommend Credo – they truly go above and beyond!

I came in here yesterday and the ginger young man and a brunette woman were so incredibly helpful in finding me a new foundation and concealer. My base looks fantastic. Will be returning for them!

I visited a boutique yesterday, and my experience was quite disappointing. As I walked in, two staff members—who seemed like a manager and an assistant—greeted me in a very unwelcoming manner. Instead of a friendly greeting, they immediately asked, “What do you want?” It felt as if I was intruding in their space rather than being welcomed into a store. Their attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, turning what should have been a pleasant visit into a rather horrible experience.

My daughter and I were racially profiled in this Soho store. It was painful and caught us off guard because we have been shopping at this specific Credo location for over 5 years. We have spent thousands of dollars on products there, and we have the receipts to prove it.

One day, a WF employee, who we were not interacting with, kept staring at our every move while we conversed with a BF employee/advisor who was introducing us to some new products. We were sampling and questioning and having a pleasant experience as we've grown accustomed to while shopping there.

While this was going on, in my peripheral, I could see this WF employee trailing us and was visibly disturbed that we were there. I didn't even realize that my daughter felt the same until we left the store.

Nevertheless, in the middle of our speaking with the BF employee/advisor, the WF interrupted us with urgency, and without saying excuse me. She told the BF employee that she needed her to go do something frivolous, she pulled her to the side and whispered something to her as if to alert her to watch out for us as though we were scammers. The change in the BF's demeanor was palpable when she returned to us, and all the while the WF continued gazing and monitoring even as we paid for our products. Shame on us, we should have obtained her name and left the store. But we really needed the products as we were traveling out of the country the next morning

Again, I did not realize my daughter noticed all of this as well until we left the store and she began questioning me about why the white female employee did what she did. How do you explain to a child that a store we've supported for years now sees us as a threat? I hope the corporate office will see this post and address it accordingly.

If you’re in the area, go and get a consultation with Kevin. He was so knowledgable, fun and engaging. My friend and I had a whole shop tour with Kevin out products which would work for us, and encouraging us to try them out. It was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time and helped me discover some new beauty faves. Thanks Kevin💖

Credo has completely changed the way I think about skincare. I met Christina the first time I went into the shop a couple of years ago, and she is a brilliant resource - knowledgeable, thoughtful, and really took the time to understand my own needs while answering my questions. The personalized attention is wonderful and her recommendations are consistently exceptional. Highly recommend!

Nice selections and not as crowded as Sephora. The only downside is people there are not so helpful. Yes they will ask if I needed help at the beginning then practically disappeared to chitchat or looking at their cells 🙂 I always have to look around trying to find someone and ask the person to pick up the items I want to buy...
