I love me some Ganni! There was a sales associate who greeted us when we walked in, she was super sweet!! She was wonderful and offered us her help. However, as we shopped around I accidentally hit the sale sign and it fell to the ground. I picked it up and tried to put it back up correctly, but couldn't figure out how to, so, I placed the sign on the counter next to the sale rack. The other sales associate came back and stared me down. I apologized but she didn't say a word and just gave me a disgusted look. I ended up leaving the store as I felt uncomfortable. You would've thought I was stealing, kicked merchandise, or something crazy. Incredibly disrespectful and disappointing!!!

Purchased a bag here today and Madeline was so kind. I came in after doing morning errands and very dressed down. They treated me no differently and that is refreshing. Often in high end stores you get unfriendly or judgy sales staff. So thank you ladies for the fabulous service and I’ll be back ❤️

I came to Williamsburg just to go to this location after a friend recommended the store. I was so happy I made the trip, Angel and Jane were friendly and attentive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Angel picked out pieces that were stunning and made my shopping experience much easier. The store was clean and cute, I will definitely be returning.

Angel, one of the store employees, recently put a ton of effort into helping me find something that was out of stock online. A+ shopping experience because of the service. They rock, TY!!!

P.S. They have a super cute, spacious back-yard area for visitors. Plenty of bench seating, tables, and chairs. A perfect mid-shop rest stop!

i went to take a look at a top before purchasing. my size was not available and after i asked to see the shirt so i have an idea of the quality the sales associate said 'okay bye' in a very sarcastic and rude tone (very similar experience to a review i saw on here). i was really taken aback by the negative experience and question whether they are the type of business i want to support.

Told one of the female store assistants that the air conditioner was dripping onto the closed and got an “okay bye” in sarcastic tone.. so rude I was astounded. The other person working was lovely? So bizarre, also had poor service in the Soho store.
