Frodisse was amazing to work with! She is so kind, makes you feel so beautiful and special, and knows her craft. I was happy with her work at my final fitting, but she is a perfectionist and dashed away to add some additional support for me (in literally 2 minutes!!) to ensure my dress would not budge when I finally wore it on the big day. Trust her!! It was such a pleasure working with this team, and the shop is adorable. My dress was perfect thanks to them!

I used their tailoring services to make a custom and removable skirt from my mother’s old wedding dress and I am so happy I did! I planned the entire wedding from out of state and so I was able to fly my jumpsuit and my mother’s vintage wedding dress to the studio and kept it there while I flew back and forth for fittings. The seamstress I worked with got my vision perfectly, and the final product was truly stunning. I would recommend them for all bridal services

I really can’t recommend Green & Blue studio enough. My dress was form-fitting with pretty delicate fabric. They did an incredible job making alterations so that my dress fit perfectly, was comfortable, and there was no evidence of any alterations. They were very efficient and even made last minute adjustments during my fitting so that I only had to return once!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Green & Blue Studio! They were incredibly helpful and attentive in making sure my wedding dress was absolutely perfect for our big day! I already loved my wedding dress but our seamstress, Fleurisse made it feel like mine and took it to a whole new level! It now fits absolutely perfectly and feels like it was made specifically for me, even going so far as to make a custom bustle to ensure it is the perfect length for dancing. This is a hard review to write because ultimately I ended up loving my wedding dress, but I am still disappointed in Green and Blue Studio.

During my initial visit, when I asked about length and hemming, the seamstress helping me advised my dress was the right length, and that I wouldn’t want my dress to be any shorter. She suggested that we should only hem the inside layers to help with walking. (I was wearing the exact shoes I would be wearing on my wedding). Unfortunately, this advice proved to be incorrect, and I was stumbling over my dress the entire wedding. I felt as though I trusted the advice of a professional seamstress because I figured that she would know better than I would what the proper length is for a gown like a wedding dress, and I really wish I hadn’t and had just gone with my gut and had it hemmed higher.

The bustle that was added to my dress was a series of tie ribbons with numbers written in marker, which was fine at the store, but when we went to bustle the dress after the ceremony many of the ribbons had frayed and the several of the numbers came off making it very difficult. One string also broke completely off.

Additionally, on my first visit I was encouraged to put cups in my dress. When I came back to try on the dress after alterations the cups that were put in lifted my chest significantly and completely changed the look of the dress. When I expressed I did not like the cups, Green and Blue Studio removed them at no cost which I appreciated.

Green and Blue Studio also suggested adding straps to my dress which ended up being amazing and I loved the way they turned out! This made a huge difference in comfort and I was very happy with the quality of the sewing on the straps and the way the seamstress worked with me to make them the exact right length.

Green and blue Studio also did a great job taking in my dress so that it fit perfectly around my waist/chest.

At the end of the day, Green and Blue Studio was OKAY and my dress ended up looking great, but for the cost of high end alterations I was quite disappointed and wish I had gone a different route.

These ladies are amazing. And the place is BEAUTIFUL! I felt so comfortable and welcomed. They REALLY know their stuff and made my dress fit like a glove and so comfortable to wear. When I was waiting for my appointment, they had another woman there, who was not comfortable with her body and they made her feel so at ease! This is so important in an environment like that. I am so grateful I found them and they had my back!

I had an absolute pleasure to have my wedding dress tailored by the Green and Blue studio. My dress is a simple elegant design using luxurious fabrics of silk crepe de chine trimmed with chiffon organza. It had to be fitted to my figure and the team at Green and Blue did magic with it. It went from a gorgeous dress to a gorgeous dress made for me! It fit like a glove and I was very comfortable during my special day. Green and Blue understands tailoring, fabrics, design and they understand the bride and their figures. And just to top this off their office is gorgeous. So stylish!
