Won a raffle for shoes and called to let an associate know we would be late for pick up. We stated we would arrive at 12:30pm and were in store at 12:26pm. When we arrived, we stated to an associate that we had called and spoken to a female who said she would hold the shoes until 12:30pm. We were then directed to a gentleman who appeared to be in a leadership role(“white dude, red beard as described in one of the previous reviews of his poor customer service) who said “I had a store full of people at noon. There was no way I could hold them.” Had he perhaps not looked as smug as he did about the issue, we would have let it go. Yet he was smiling in our faces about it, almost even laughing. I understand not being able to hold the shoes- but then it should be directed to others to say as such on the phone instead of making that promise. The least the store could have done is called us back to alert us that the shoes were gone PRIOR to expected arrival- we drove an hour to get there(they have our contact info as we won the raffle). While I want to believe that the shoes were sold, the more likely scenario and judging by the looks on the team members faces is that someone working within the store took it upon themselves to keep the shoes for themselves. Gross.

Walked in the store the day before Christmas looking for some Air Force 1 shoes light blue. The young man working at this time informed me that they didn't have that particular shoe in store in that color or size I needed but he did have a shoe similar in almost the exact shade blue my son wanted. I looked at the shoe and thought it was the shoe I originally asked for. I bought the shoes and when my son unwrapped the gift he was so excited. Thank you for your help in making my son a very happy boy.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young man at the Hagerstown MD store. He was so friendly and helpful! He went out of his way for amazing customer service! I gave 5 stars for the employee specifically. As far as the store, please get more size variety in the men’s Jordan shirts!

I'd give a better review but the gentlemen working that day lied to stack their sales. They advised me that I wasn't allowed to use my rewards points for my purchase because it was a new launch shoe. I've been purchasing shoes from this store for years and never heard such garbage. In contacting customer service, I was advised that I could use my rewards on any purchase I make. Hopefully the complaint filed by customer service and this review reaches the right eyes/ears so that those scammers can no longer get over on any other consumers and no longer defile the integrity and reputation of the company.
