Excellent service. Arrived on holiday and developed nasty chest infection. Delighted to find this clinic opposite our lovely hotel. Unlike in the UK, I walked straight through the door, had a very friendly welcome from a very nice man behind reception and straight to see the doctor immediately. An absolutely delightful doctor who was very reassuring and repeated everything many times so that I understood everything. Gave me instant medication with follow up visits to the clinic and prescriptions, and tomorrow I collect a Medical report and fit to fly certificate for my insurance claim. It all enabled me to enjoy the rest of my holiday without the fear of developing a worst infection and not being able to see a doctor when I get home in the U.K. over the Christmas & New Year period, *not that in England you’d be able to see one for weeks anyway. If you have travel insurance have no worries about going to this excellent facility. Thank you! Grateful patient.

Was nice, until it involves money.
They charge 45 Euro for each prescription.
One of the prescriptions was for a medicine which doesn't available in Spain. After I got back from the pharmacy with the useless prescription, they did not agree to give me refund.
I paid 45 Euro for a prescription for a medicine which does not exist...

Had 2 x Antigen tests done for €20 per person. We had to pay in cash, they would not take credit card. The test was taken and we received 2 test certificates with in 10 minutes. We fly in less than 3 days. I will post here again if we were nasal successful on boarding the plane home to England

September 2021: Yes we got home using the above Antigen tests without any problems.

December 2021: Yes we are back again Puerto del Carmen so came back to International Clinic again for antigen test for €20 each. This time instead of the nasal cotton bud test we had the cotton bud test used in our mouth. Between our bottom teeth & lip area. From having the test to getting our Covid test certificate probably took about 3 minutes. Not convinced this test was done correctly, probably just a scam.
I will report back on how successful we were in getting through customs after we have returned home to England.

Had Antigen flow test €20 they do not swab your throat or nose...cotton swab is placed under your tongue for one second test results almost instant...not sure anybody will ever test positive using this clinic as their testing technique is not sufficient so it's great if you just want your covid certificate to fly back home and don't want a accurate result

Went to Doctors Biosfera at the shopping centre & had great service there.
