I didn’t go in the store to buy a watch. A screw in my glasses was loose and I asked if they could kindly tighten it, as it needed a very small screw driver. The very kindly did this. Lovely approachable staff. If I wanted a watch or jewellery, I would definitely recommend for customer service. 😊

The glass on my wife's Bvlgary Sunglasses came loose when the nut and screw came off. The staff went above and beyond and were more than happy to tighten the screw with their screwdriver at no charge. I would recommend them highly for their customer service.

I have bought two watches at this shop in Costa Teguise, the service is excellent , the two ladies are very helpful and they explain things very well. They are also very patient and don't put undue pressure on you to buy the most expensive watch or ring. I can't recommend this shop highly enough, they have a great range of watches at prices to suit everyone.

DO NOT buy a watch from this company.

Although the initial service was brilliant and I couldn't fault it but since I have had an issue with the watch it's been absolutely horrific.

When I purchased the watch it took months longer than they originally stated. They then said a watch had turned up with a leather strap which was the incorrect spec that I had ordered. They said they would take a strap of another breitling they had in stock and swap it so that it was tho the specifications that I ordered.

I worn the watch twice and the strap detached from the face of the watch and made contact with the floor causing significant damages.

I took it to breitlling who have been very helpful but basically said the strap was fitted incorrectly which caused it to detach.

Many months have Gone by with very slow replies from Santos basically trying to get out of paying for the damages claiming it was caused by the impact although all the damages was caused due to the incorrect strap fitting.

I have now had to pay for this personally myself and as Santos have stopped replying now and left me with no choice but to cover the expensive repair myself even though breitling have tried there most to get them to cooperate.

I try my best to give a company a fair chance to fix any issues with a product or service before leaving a review bit after months of stress and a lot of money lost I don't want anyone to have the same experience.

I visited joyeria santos in Costa teguise this morning and the staff we're not only helpful but very friendly and polite. The offer of free drinks from water through to champagne was most appreciated and unexpected. The two ladies couldn't do enough for me and were in no way pushy. I would highly recommend this store.
