I love Miu Miu but Peter was the reason I purchased such a beautiful bag. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the trends I’ve been loving lately. He made the whole experience so seamless and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in the city!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was my first time in a Miu Miu boutique and I was excited as there were a handful of things I’ve been wanting to get and finally got the chance to go in store to view in person but the SA that “assisted” me was the worst SA I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wouldn’t even say that he assisted me. He didn’t even try to sell me anything. If anything, he was trying NOT to sell me anything which is odd since they make commission. I had asked to try on a pair of boots in a size 8, he then tells me to try on the pair on display which is a 9.5! So clearly way too big but doesn’t even check to see if they have a size 8. I then asked when their next launch would be and he tells me they’re in the middle of their current season which didn’t answer my question. I work in luxury myself and it being Fashion Week I know Designers are already showcasing their newer seasons for Runway but if he didn’t know the answer then he could’ve just simply stated that. I then asked to see a bag to try on and he spoke to me as if I didn’t know how to use a zipper and then told me to be careful of the leather. Again, I work in luxury myself and know how to handle luxury items. The SA is a tall young man with longish hair. He never even introduced himself to me so I don’t know his name. Honestly better off buying online than from this location.

Went in to look for sunglasses. When I got in, I waited because the SA that I was “assigned to” was already helping a woman in a fur jacket try on sunglasses. Ok, cool. No greeting from the SA when I arrived. Then, when it was finally my turn, he turned to me and asked “What do you need”. No “Hello how can I help you?”? And then when I was trying on sunglasses he was ignoring me the entire time just walking around the store pretending I didn’t exist. I have money and was trying on the sunglasses that fit my face the most prior to buying but the whole experience completely gave me the ick. The fact that previous customers have had a similar experience is not a surprise to me and the store simply hearting the comments instead of acknowledging and fixing the problem of their needlessly pompous SA’s is gross.

Not a good experience. The employees are so pretentious for no reason. Very weird vibes and they don’t seem to wanna help. When you ask them about US sizes for shoes they say they don’t know. They talk to each other in front of the customer and pretend like this is their hangout spot . Why don’t you get back actually working and helping customers instead of being ridiculous and useless for no reason. Embarrassing

Horrible customer service. Inattentive and uninformed SAs. Rude Asian female SA not offering any help when they clearly see you struggling alone. Had to do everything by ourselves including just trying on whatever shoe sizes they were on display since no one would come ask if needed help with getting the correct size shoes
