My wife and I had an excellent experience with the leasing team! David was incredibly helpful, both before we moved in and during the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly despite how busy things were. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference. We also want to give a special thanks to the leasing manager for going above and beyond by working on their day off to get our lease finalized. Their dedication and teamwork truly made our move stress-free. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a new home!
P.S. the pictures from the virtual tour are identical to the actual unit which was a massive relief

We've moved here last yr in July and blessed with really kind staff🙏Esp Emilie who is attentive and very concerned about our apt unit, my dad's going around the place in a wheelchair , our dog walking safety, our car charging convenience at the train station pkng lot, she makes sure we have all the information we need for a comfortable living. She knows a lot and shares a lot to help tenants always. An angel from Above! Makes our lives here in Moda an experience to remember.❤️ I pray wherever she moved to she will be happier bec she took care of all her tenants here very well. 😆😍👍

I just signed my lease to continue living at Moda, I've been here since 2020. When I moved in, the building was exactly one year old, there were still apartments that had not been lived in yet. The building is beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and living next to the train station is convenient!

The ownership changed a few years ago, and the transition was rough. The management team was abruptly replaced, and things went horribly bad for a few weeks, as expected I supposed.

I am writing this review because the new management team retained Anthony, who was already our best ambassador for many reasons. For one, our guest parking situation was quite a mess, before Anthony diligently resolved it by issuing "citations" numerous times, every day. He resolved many other big issues, one in particular was a neighbor on my floor who consistently let their dog poop in the hallways without a care about picking it up... Anthony works hard to keep our building an elite place to live, we are lucky to have him on the Moda team.

The new management team has overcome the transition issues, so I recommend Moda 100% for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and luxurious living experience.

I would not recommend that anyone rent a unit here. I have lived here for almost two years, and we have had a terrible experience.

What annoys me the most is that my reasonable requests as a tenant have not been addressed and postponed repeatedly while waiting for the outcome. The employees in the leasing office pass the buck to each other. Last December, we had severe water damage in our two bathrooms and a closet, and we could not use one bathroom and one closet for almost 20 days. We paid the total rent for the unit with two bathrooms and closets. This water damage caused us to go to an outside hotel for a night with a newborn. It took them days to remove the bathroom floor and walls and blow dry the bathroom with a machine for days. The machine was very loud and interfered with our sleep, and my baby was restless for days with poor sleep as a result.

The leasing office promised to give us credit back for this water damage. I sent the hotel receipt for the day the water damage occurred to the leasing office people at the end of December. I visited the office and spoke with them over 10 times for the credit. I learned that the former manager, Ken, had left, and then I talked to Anthony, another leasing office employee, about the credit issue several times, and he promised to help with that. The water damage issue happened over 8 months ago, and there is still no credit back. We are still waiting for this matter to be resolved; however, our lease is about to expire.

I hate that this leasing office team doesn't take tenant requests seriously and puts off issues over and over again. If you want your requests always to go delayed and unresolved, and you like an unaccountable team managing the unit you live in, you rent it! I don't understand why they fired Emily, the fun and responsible employee, and kept Anthony, who behaved like Ken, the former manager, who procrastinated and didn't solve problems in a timely manner.

Before moving to Moda, I had a few concerns, particularly about the staff and handling of maintenance requests. However, after living here for a while, I can say the staff has been very helpful, especially Moises, who has been great at addressing any issues I’ve had.

Firstly, they say gas is covered, but it's not.

I understand that they are changing their management system, and their leasing office team, but that shouldn’t be the reason for postponing my simple request for 3 months. Especially they let go my fav Emily. What is up!

Update: 4 months in. Still no progress, I’m trying to renew my lease now, but no one is in the office, call them and will get connected straight to voicemail. Is the office shutting down? What is going on now. Do you want to kick old tenancies out to increase the rent? If my lease isn’t renewed on time and I get any “punishment”, I’m going to sue the management company. This is being ridiculous now.

I recently just submitted an application and toured here this past week. I have lived in many apartments, most of them less than great, but I had a great feeling about this place! Something that really stuck out to me was David’s patience and honesty when he gave me a tour! It made me feel safe and secure and loved the feeling of the place. It was very clean and looked well built. I am more than looking forward to moving in!

ENDLESS PACKAGE ISSUES! I contacted the management team on the date the package was delivered. I realized I didn't receive any code from Parcel Pending, so I suspect that it is delivered to a wrong unit number. I immediately contacted the management team on the SAME date the package got delivered. But guess what, no call nor email follow up and resolve my issue. At this point, I dont see the value of having the leasing office TO BE HONEST! I WOULD RATE A 0 star, but too bad that isn't an option!

One thing that pissed me off was I did try to talk to them physically at the office. I left work at 5pm sharp, took 20 minutes' drive home. I remembered it was around 530pm-ish, and the management team told me to come early tomorrow, and they will take care of me. I wonder what session is this, restroom cleaning like the restaurant? That will only make sense why the office stop taking people at 530pm!
