My wife and I called in to buy her a pair of boots yesterday in their Black Friday sale, there were signs all over the store saying “everything reduced by 20%” when my wife asked the price of her boots the assistant told her they were not in the sale and they were full price. I pointed out the sign and after consulting the manager the boots were reduced. I was totally ignored by the assistant after that point. Totally bad and misleading customer service.

Fantastic customer service in York . Saw my dream boots online only to find that stock was not in store but could be ordered online. Unfortunately the online process didn't allow me to input an address in Australia and it was our last day in York before heading to Scotland for a couple of weeks . Unfortunately I didn't get the customer service lady's name but she was amazing. She located a store that we would be near on our return to England in the way to the airport and arranged for the boots to be collected there. Over and above service. Thank you. I will be reminded of your efforts every time I wear them.

Horrendous experience in store with very rude customer service manager. Other staff tried to assist but were being hindered from doing so be extremely rude manager

The shop @ staff were very nice I bought @ pair of leather shoes in pink blush colour unfortunately when I got back to my holiday cottage I noticed one was a lighter colour leather @ I cant go all the way back to York as I have to travel back home tomorrow very disappointed ☹.

They have a good selection of shoes, I didn't try their shoes but they look good products.

Bought hightops and lowtops and love them both! The lady was super helpful and friendly.
