The Lite House

The Lite House has quality lights for everyone's budget. All of the lights and ceiling fans in our new home came from the Lite House. We worked with sales associate Dawn. She was very patient, knowledgeable and kind to us. She understands that lights and fans are a big part of building a new home. Please ask for Dawn when visiting the Lite House.

As always, it was a wonderful experience shopping at The Lite House. Their in store lighting and online selections are a fit for any home style. I appreciate the knowledge of the staff.. Jan and Dawn, for helping me choose the perfect lights and accessories!

“Not for colored” is the feeling I left this store with. I perused the establishment for several minutes. There were no customers, yet five employees. Not one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. There were a couple of pieces I was actually interested in, as I’ve been looking for vanity lights and a chandelier to match some previously purchased items. My bath remodel is set to begin next week, however, this establishment certainly won’t be getting my money, Disappointed that this is still existing in 2023.

JJ, Jan, Tracie, and the entire team at The Lite House are absolutely the best in the lighting business! They helped design my lighting plan 30 years ago for my home and again this year as we renovated our 30 year old home! Love this company!

Excellent customer service. We were helped today by Emily and her product knowledge was impressive. She did a great job explaining different features and answering our questions. Purchased a ceiling fan for an office and a large light for our dining room. Very satisfied and plan to return as we replace additional fixtures.

This is the worst sales department,you must pay for anything you order,when they can not deliver they hold your money,after talking until blue in face they will issue a credit and will not release the money to the bank,please think twice before ordering anything from Cecilia,the manager not much better,the receptionist will tell your nothing is her job, be careful when ordering

Nice little place, the sales crew jump right on you though, definitely put on the pressure to buy, prices vary most items are marked down 40 to 50% of original price on tag I suppose this is for show, clearance items are about 30% of original price and seem more realistic in price. The website states below internet pricing.. This is not the case but you can see the product here before you buy it. We ended up ordering a chandelier online that matches the one in store and saved 240$ .
