I don't usually write reviews but I came in today for a last-minute outing looking for something nice to wear. The store was clean and organized and it wasn't difficult to spot what I liked. They have a nice range of options from casual to more dressed-up gowns. The manager Joey was very nice and quick to assist as soon as he saw me browsing. I might have looked frustrated but he was very reassuring. I told him about the event I was attending and the attire and he quickly put together options for me! I came for the clothes but stayed in the store much longer than I expected because of how good the customer service was. Felt like a small boutique versus a busy mall! I think I found a gem and will definitely be shopping here more often.

Was their a few weeks back to get a prom dress and the 2 women their were really rude. My daughter took 6 dresses into the fitting room which was the max. She didnt like any of them so I found her 6 more and was going into the dressing room to swap out the dress and put the 6 she didnt like back on the rack to be helpful so the employees didnt have to do it. They started yelling at us saying 1 person in a dressing room and she wasnt aloud to take anymore dresses in their. I ignore them and continued give her the 6 dresses and put the other 6 back on the rack. Very rude while I was being rung up. A week later we realized the sensor was still left on the dress so I had to take it back for them to remove it and again they were extremely rude about it! I will never shop at this one again, never.
